Dr Rashmi Kulshrestha
With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Rashmi Kulshrestha holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy, an MBA in Marketing, and a Diploma in Quality by Design (QbD) for Pharmaceutical Development.
She has authored 15+ technical articles and 6 research papers.
She has served on the editorial board of Scrip Regulatory Affairs Journal, UK and the Scientific Panel for contaminants in Food Chain of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Previously with Ranbaxy Laboratories (now Sun Pharma), Dr. Kulshrestha played a pivotal role in shaping India's Food Supplement Regulations.
Her extensive expertise in both local and international regulatory frameworks has been instrumental in Regulatory Wisdom's success, helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure successful product launches.

She is a PhD candidate in Genetics and Genomics at Duke University with undergraduate degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology and Nutritional Sciences & Toxicology from UC Berkeley. Her research focuses on identifying genetic modifiers of Sickle Cell Disease outcomes in US and Indian populations using integrative ‘omic analyses’.

Chief Information Security Officer
He is a PhD holder in Computer Science from Princeton University with undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Stanford University focusing on privacy-enhancing techniques for digital systems. His research, supported by the Wallace Memorial Fellowship, has influenced U.S. and U.K. legislation, won the Privacy Papers for Policymakers Award, and been covered by global media like The Wall Street Journal and The Atlantic.
